This is a beautiful property. The outdoor area was our go-to hangout. Every morning we'd see turkeys and deer and a little red squirrel (who lives in the space above the outdoor area). It was so peaceful! And the sauna and hot tub were great additions out there. The house was as advertised. We had a group of 15 (9 adults, 6 children) and we made it work. The bedrooms (besides the master) are small, but the other spaces are quite large. The 3 refrigerators and 2 ovens came in really handy.Other thoughts: We had a couple of issues while there, but Jeff and Laura responded timely to our texts. Pops Grocery and Dollar General are the closest grocery options. If you need to haul away excess trash, there are dumpsters at the end of Sage Brush.

The house was amazing. We had 13 in our party (6 kids & 7 adults) there was plenty of space for all of us! Both kids and adults loved the house and property. We travel with our kids and grandkids yearly and this was by far our best trip! Loved everything about the house, patio, hot tub and property.

Absolutely wonderful place and location. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, great stay for our group of 10.
