Property inside was inviting, clean, and well kept. Hot tub outside was sparkling clean and enclosed patio very private. Location is excellent to downtown and many adventures such as the art museum close by. Only issue was needing a pair of boots to get from front door to patio located at the side of the house with no direct door access or paved walking path. Lots of bird and wildlife watching from enclosed patio. Would stay again more prepared for walking through yard to patio and hot tub. Very quiet family friendly neighborhood overall.

Had a great stay. The host was excellent, very responsive and accommodating. Great location tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet a very short drive to everything Ann Arbor offers. Also great area for walking for exercise. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The place and location is amazing. The amenities were unbelievable and the place was absolutely spotless. The communication with the property owner was an absolute pleasure. They are more than gracious and amazing to work with. Couldn’t recommend this property more, if you’re looking for a place to stay in Ann Arbor. Skip the over priced hotels and book here! I’ll definitely be back on my next visit.

Great set up and everything was new and remodeled, clean and very comfortable
