We loved the residence and the hotel. The room was clean and well stocked. We had text communications for any of our needs and questions. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Listing was inaccurate for two listings re bed size. Our residence was not available and another was insufficient. Attempts to placate our concern were insufficient and my request for 50% reduction in cost was refused. Ultimately VRBO refunded their fee and Amex also supported my request. Listing remains incorrect as of this post.
On the upside : property was nice and Adriano our customer service rep was kind.
From now on its hotels or actual home owners direct rental only for my family.
