This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable property. We had a wonderful visit. Great communication from hosts.

This was an excellent spot to relax and such a beautiful house!

Our family of six people, three adults and three children, had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was as beautiful and clean as the pictures show. It was nicely updated and appeared to be mostly new, with light fixtures and appliances. The kitchen was really beautiful and fully equipped. We didn't end up cooking and went out to eat both nights, but the host left great recommendations, including DiMillo’s seafood floating restaurant, which was a highlight especially for my husband, who ordered twin lobsters for dinner! My children loved the swing out back and the basement game room as well. There was plenty of space, and the sheets were extremely soft. The house had a beautiful view of the river from the back. It was on a quiet street, and we felt safe. There is a cute table and bar stools to eat outside where the girls ate breakfast. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area. It was very convenient to Portland and other attractions in the area. The hosts were very responsive, available, and friendly and are located nearby. If you're looking for your next rental in this area, you have to stay here!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The house was lovely and Nick and Jenna were so attentive and accommodating. Perfect way to get to experience Portland while having the tranquility of Falmouth.
