This historic bungalow has 2 separate units, one downstairs and one upstairs. Currently there are no tenants living in the upstairs unit that use a separate entrance on the side of the house. (see photos) It will be available for rent soon if you have a larger group and need more space!

MONTHLY RATES: If you're interested in renting the Pineapple House for over 1 month, we have a long term rental agreement and an off-season monthly rate of $3200 + cleaning fee. Rates include all bills paid.

The Pineapple House was as pictured and the host was very attentive. I definitely recommend staying in this home, area very quiet. The bed slept well and all necessities were provided.

This was a beautifully restored 1935 home. We had a wonderful time. The rental is the bottom floor of this house. There was no significant notice of upstairs renters who were there at the time. The home is very clean with no bugs. King bed is very comfortable. This is in an older section of town but very quiet and well kept. This appeared to be a safe area of town.This downstairs rental seem to have sole access to the front porch and the entire backyard with fire pit. We did not enjoy, but it was inviting.Easy access to everything. We had no issues and did not require assistance, but had good communication prior to arrival. We were very pleased with this home and will be staying again when we come back to visit family.

Nice environment, home away from home, near a lot of different attractions in the city, great outdoor for any get together, also big shout out to the host for allowing us to have a small get together and joining union with my wife
