This unit was a nice size for the four of us, providing each of my adult childrent their own private bedroom and bathroom. The location and the property amenities was also a plus. However, there were aspects of the unit that could use improvement. The main bedroom closet was full of clutter and had an odor, which caused us to not use it. The iron leaked water out the cord area, so I had to purchase one at Walmart for us to use out of safety. There was a dirty footbath in the vanity in the main bathroom. I didn't need to nor want to see something like this on my vacation. There are remotes that control the ceiling fans/lights and the holder to the one switch was falling off the wall. The toilet in one of the bathrooms ran constantly - I didn't want to have to deal with something like that on my vacation. There were also holes in the wall where pictures most likely had been hanging. The kitchen was 'ok' - however not even a roll of paper towels to start us with and there were also no tissues in any of the bathrooms. For the 5,000 I paid for this unit for a week - there should have been more attention to detail and cleanliness.
