We absolutely loved this house, it was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved working with Seaside Rentals and will definitely be booking them next year!

It was a multi generational family gathering of 12. Eight adults and 4 kids. The Smith House was a lovely 120 year old house on the Prom with such a great location. That was what I went for most on this trip. The beach was right there, short walk to town, fenced yard, grill, fully appointed kitchen, and enough beds to accommodate all of us. We played games, watched people walk on the prom, went to the beach, town, and did some driving to other local communities just to see what we could. It was just the best time. Thank you for such a welcoming home.

A great location right on the prom snd walkable to downtown. Having several bedrooms was very nice, BUT this one property is old, kitchen is run down and cut off from the rest of the house which made it feel isolating, upstairs floors are ridiculously noisy, if anyone gets up at night the whole house knows it. Squeaky floors, kitchen had all we needed but it was old and not updated with utensils etc.
