This was our third trip to Pincushion Mountain Haus. It’s an ideal location for our multigenerational family of 10. As always, the place was clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. There were a variety of puzzles, games, and books that helped to keep the grandchildren entertained. The large kitchen with pass-through to the table for 10 made food preparation for our large group a snap. Jess and Paul are quickly responsive to text messages. Five stars!

Fantastic spot for our group! We had adults and young adults, all interested in hiking in the area. We could hike right out the door! Beautiful views, comfortable gathering areas, and a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Our group had an amazing stay at this property. We used it as our home base while exploring the waterfalls along the North Shore, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The living room and dining area were exceptionally spacious, plenty of room for all of us to relax, spread out, and enjoy meals together without ever feeling crowded. The home was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped, making it easy to unwind after long days of hiking and sightseeing. We’d happily stay here again for another group getaway.

The Pincushion Haus property far exceeded our expectations! It was such a welcome respite. Everyone in our party was so comfortable, and the location was just a few minutes from all we could want in Grand Marais.
