We had a great stay while visiting the Grand Canyon. Communication was great with the host. The house was clean, check in was easy.

Good location with a great view from the deck. However, we experienced property management oversight with this rental, such as sink erator/disposal not working, unclean iced up freezer, and the kitchen not stocked-up with essentials, especially if you’d like to cook. The shower/bath tub was clogged (not properly draining), and lacking privacy in the bathroom (no window covering) from the neighbors property. We’ve shared these issues to the host with hopes this brings to his attention, and would be helpful for future guests.
