Stayed here while my son played at Dreams Park. Very convenient drive to/from (20 mins). The house was perfect for my family of 3. Very clean and communication with the host was easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend if planning a trip to the area! One of my favorite parts was looking through the photo album of the renovation the house underwent! Very cool seeing the transformation!

Great place to stay. Comfortable and fun for children. My kids enjoyed the fireflies and frogs outside. Great place to go back and take a break between games and rain delays.

The property was exactly as depicted in the ad. Very clean and tidy. The property owner was prompt in any communication. This was the perfect house for a family visiting Cooperstown for Dreams Park, as this was our second time doing so. If you need a smaller home to rent thats 15 mins from the park, this is your property!

The house was very clean and inviting. My family found it the perfect place to unwind between our son's games at Dreams Park. It was an easy, quick ride into town and the baseball fields. We loved the views, seclusion, and coziness. The pictures do not do it justice as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms all are perfect sized for a family to live in a home away from home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
