This lovely 3/2 is a quiet river retreat with gorgeous pasture and water views. Long front porch faces the huge pasture, and back deck faces the Collins River (STEEP 3-minute hike coming back up). The primary bedroom with Queen mattress is upstairs with a small deck, Jacuzzi tub, and stand-up shower. Main level includes the living room with gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen (fully stocked) and two bedrooms with a full bath down the hall (tub and shower combo).
Back deck offers seating for 4-6, gas grill, and private views of the woods and water. At the water there is a covered gazebo with seating and a small dock for swimming, sunbathing, and tying up your boat. Close to a marina, state parks, and caves!
Sept-May the water may be low, but you can enjoy the gazebo and fish or boat down river. Note: there are houseflies in the winter, usually at the doors and windows.
