Great apt. Perfect location for getting around downtown medical center area. Covered parking was nice. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Cute furnishings. Comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice patio and common lounge areas by pool. Pool is not heated, but was still open. Houston had some storms before we arrived and it took the grounds crew 3 days to get things cleaned up and pool was unusable. Apartment was very nice. Newly updated and everything was in working order. Main bedroom has a king bed and a flip-out single bed. Single bed was very uncomfortable and not what most people would think of as an actual bed. It was on par with my kid's college dorm fouton.

Perfect little apt. with cute furnishings. Comfortable bed. Covered parking was nice, The grounds are well kept and quite lovely. Already booked another stay.

The host was great but all the extra charges by VRBO at the time of rental were not specified on the front end of the agreement. Also, the rental agreement is ridiculously legalese and indirectly takes advantage of the renter. The description "brand new" is a misnomer. The property is old and the furnishings are in need of serious updating, with a higher quality and grade. The bed was very comfortable, and the quality of bedding was of good quality, although not the highest quality.
