We loved the location, and the house was absolutely perfect.

First off Brooke is amazing. Super helpful with everything. If we needed anything she was right on it to get it fixed. The only negative we had was the hot water was lacking. We had a bunch of cold showers if we tried showering back to back. We learned to get showers spread out so we would at least have warm showers rather than cold ones. Other than that the place was amazing, the private beach was fantastic, and the location to the shops was perfect. Highly highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Santa Rose.

We had the best time staying here! You cannot beat how close it is to the beach- truly steps away. It made beach days so easy and enjoyable. The house is wonderful and so spacious. It’s also walking distance to restaurants which was an added bonus. 10/10 stay!

Great stay at Santa Rosa Beach. The house was great. Had enough room for everyone (6 people).
The only minor problem was with WiFi and cell service.
