The property is about 20 mins from downtown Asheville. Ideal for large groups.

This was a last minute booking since we lost another property. This was beyond what was stated and we loved every minute of our trip! Super clean, secluded property. So much space for our 7 adults and 9 children (ages 4-17). Kitchen has everything that you need. Pool area is awesome for hanging out. Lots of activities in the house for all ages. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Host was amazing when we reached out. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful house and a very responsive host. Had a great trip, thank you!

We had a lovely stay at this property and the property manager was helpful and responded quickly to questions. There are some things that would have been very helpful to know ahead of time. This property was at the very end of the “private drive”. It was so narrow that when we met a commercial garbage truck we had to back up to a less narrow spot in order to let the truck pass through. It was also very unlevel and in disrepair. Had we not been in an all wheel drive vehicle that was more elevated off the ground than most, we would have had a difficult time getting to the property. We parked on a concrete pad that had rebar sticking up 3 in. every 8 ft. Be aware. That could cause serious injury. The house sleeps 20 but there wasn’t enough seating in any of the rooms. It made it difficult for our large group to gather. Also there is only 1 fridge, again not enough space for 20 people. The only TV that we could get to work with a remote was the TV in the movie room. With just a few changes and a heads up on some things, this would be an amazing getaway spot!
