Exceptional in all aspects of stay! Spotless clean, great design/functionality and remarkably well appointed; coffee maker was perfect, as well as full kitchen supplies.

Perfect location, golf carts a huge deal and home was a great layout with big bedrooms and bathrooms.

We stayed at this property for three months and it became home away from home. It has everything you would want and need, plus. Eric and Marian were fabulous to work with throughout our stay. They were quick to communicate, always pleasant, just really good humans and the neighbors think the world of Eric! The house is .5 mile walk to Baytown wharf, .75 miles to tennis/pickleball, golf cart ride to the beach and Grand Blvd. We loved resort living and the ease of this rental property. Highly recommend!

Overall we were disappointed in this rental. It was pet friendly that was a huge plus. The owner was timely on his responses to the problems/situations we encountered. It is in desperate need of a deep clean.
