Beautiful premises, the cabin is a bit rustic and dated. Kitchen is greasy. Outside is beautiful.

Fausto was awesome from the moment we arrived until we left. Property was awesome!

So there are pros and cons. Was a nice stay but could use improvements with sewage. 2 bathrooms had slow drains and bottom half bathroom smelled of sewage. Shower in Bathroom in bungalow needed cleaning and has exposed wire hanging down in shower. The space between bed frame and mattress in master bedroom had spiderwebs. Groundskeeper was nice and attentive to pool and would take out trash which was a pro. There are dogs in area barking throughout very loudly that all 8 of us can hear from all areas. I had a sleep machine that makes noise so wasn’t as bad for us but dogs in area very loud. Overall it was comfortable and accommodating just needs those improvements and would make it better.

I have rented the mountain paradise villa in the past and it is always a good time. Maria is a gracious host.
