Stayed 7/5 - 7/11, 2026Check in was easy. Communication with the host was easy. Host was informative. Pool was nice and clean. Room was nice and clean. The cons…. Construction. There were clumps of grout/mortar in the walkway that the employee did not clean up. Elevators were VERY slow and no air flow.

It was good for the 6 of us. Great view and having two chairs and an umbrella included in the rental was a nice bonus! Beds were all comfortable. There are quite a few beach buckets/toys/nets as well as a beach blanket, two beach chairs and boogie boards which was great. The management company was super quick to respond. The tub was clogged when we arrived and maintenance was there immediately and got it fixed. The condo is a bit outdated and could use some updating in the bathrooms and kitchen. The utensils and the pans should be replaced. The pans are no longer nonstick and the utensils are flimsy and cheap. Also, no containers to store food so bring some with you if you need them. The master doesn’t have a dresser so we used the 3 shelves on the tv stand but not much space to put clothes.

Everything was perfect except the parking garage it was tiny parking spaces and lots of construction going on

Room we stayed in was awesome, exactly as described!!! Mattresses were great. Shores of Panama was clean but ELEVATORS were horrific and parking garage gave me anxiety just thinking about having to get out when we would leave. I wouldn’t stay here again because those 2 things were enough to keep me from staying again. But let me say again we loved the room we stayed in!!!!
