We loved it! The unit was clean and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely book it again.

Location is perfect, cute little duplex with a very comfortable king bed. A/C works great. Host is very responsive. The beach is so close we didn’t use the pool. We brought our e-bikes and rode everywhere. Really nice laundromat nearby. Only issue might be construction happening on the other side of the duplex.

Location is great, just a block from the beach on the gulf side. Not far from shops and restaurants. Clean and well decorated. Small bu comfortable. It was perfect for my wife and I for a quiet, peaceful escape on beautiful Anna Maria Island.

This property is perfect for 2 people. It is in a great location. However, the one thing not mentioned in the description is that it is a duplex. The day we arrived there were construction workers next door. It was like they were in the same room with us. The noise was unbearable and went on until 7pm. I called the management company, and they said they were not aware of the construction even though they manage both spaces. I asked if the construction was going to be going on all week and if it was would they please move us to another location. The gentleman I spoke to said he would check. Long story short, I never heard back from him. Luckily, the workers did not come back until Friday morning. We left on Saturday. Cute property but I would ask if anyone will be occupying the adjoining space before booking.
