Joe was very kind and quick with responding. The price was the best for close proximity to the beach and the Hampton strip. I was allowed late check upon arrival to accommodate my families late plane arrival. We had no issues getting into our rental unit at 2am, which was a worry of mine, but it went perfectly smooth with no issues. This unit has a Keurig in addition to the coffee drip pot which was a happy surprise to me. Quiet neighborhood at night which was nice. This was a perfect place for a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 and located in a very safe area of Hampton and footsteps from the iconic Cristy's pizza. Thank you Joe, for your hospitality!

Property is in a great spot walking distance from all kinds of restaurants and things to do. It was nicely furnished and well taken care of. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming as well. It was a big plus to have parking on site as well

This property was perfect for us , the one thing that should be mentioned parking is not available for larger vehicles such as full sizes pick ups or larger suvs. But there are places near by to park. The host was very responsive. Also we will be back.

The place is bright, comfortable and convenient to the beach and offers a lot of niceties.
