The condo was amazing and just like the pictures online. The host kept in constant contact when issues arose outside of our control. The place was very clean and in good condition. We would definitely stay again at this property.

Our family had a great time in this condo. The condo was clean and ready for early check-in. The location is great! The beach access is super close with access to either stairs or an elevator just steps away from the condo door. The main gulfside pool is just as easily accessed. We loved relaxing in the lazy river on the bayside after a beach day. The balcony overlooking the gulf had plenty of chairs for everyone to sit and enjoy the view. The kitchen was well stocked. It was great having private access to a washer and drier. We loved having 2 bathrooms with showers. My teens enjoyed being able to walk down to the boardwalk for gelato/tacos/acai bowls or the pier for a walk or fishing. There were lots of restaurant options both in walking distance or by car. The Destin harbor was a quick drive away. The host was very responsive, although we did not have any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach view was great. Host was excellent communicating with us. Weather was great. Only 1 day of no beach time. All in all things were good.

The beachfront condo location was ideal for quick access to the beach. The property manager was very responsive. We found the condo to be furnished adequately. The showers in both bathrooms are in need of refurbishment and the outside patio table and chairs need to be replaced. (Standard height chairs with a bar height table. We couldn’t sit down at the table!). The property manager was notified of a pest issue in the condo. While the property manager quickly notified someone to spray, it did not resolve the issue. Also, we have not received the 100 refund promised due to this issue.
