Wonderful property and hosts! We didn’t get to explore the property amenities as we were out and about in Branson. We would definitely stay here again!

Worked out great for 2 couples. Very clean and comfy. Loved the sun porch views of the river and the location to clubhouse was perfect for golfers allowing others to shop Location was in a gated community away from the busy traffic in Branson. Christene (owner) was very quick on getting back to us when a question or concern came up and didn’t stop until the issue was handled. It wasn’t anything major - just a television question. Don’t hesitate to rent!

One of our Fav Condos.... we have been going to Branson, in particular PT Royale, for over 13 years. This is probably our fav, bc there is a great sunroom w a wonderful view of Taneycomo. But, there are lots of other reasons. Mainly we can take our youngest, Oliver, our 7 yr old Parti Poodle! Everything is comfy from the couch & chairs to the king size bed. We didnt cook but it looked like we cud have. The condo's not fancy but very homey & comfortable, and has everything you will need. Even the towels are nice & thick. We went the week of Memorial Day & were surprised (and delighted) that this one was available. The only thing that could have been better is if we didnt have to go up a flight of stairs! We r getting old enuff that it is a chore, but worth it. You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo ! (And yes, the hostess is easy to communicate with. Very quick to respond.) enjoy!

Properly was nice. Furniture needs replaced. Mold and musty and back porch. Couldn’t sit out there.
