We had an amazing stay at this property in Costa Rica! The house was beautiful, spotless, and even bigger and nicer in person — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. The location in a gated community made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We had 9 adults and the spacious property with en-suite bathrooms gave us plenty of room. A huge highlight was Alex, the property manager. His service was exceptional and truly felt like having a personal concierge. He greeted us at the house, walked us through everything, helped arrange excursions and a private chef, and even accommodated additional cleaning requests during our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This property exceeded our expectations in every way and made for an unforgettable family vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and the view is amazing- especially at sunset!! The bedrooms are huge and soundproof. We enjoyed the pool every day. Be prepared that there are 66 stairs up to the house plus 32 more to the upstairs of the house! There is an elevator from the garage to the house. Our main criticism is that the listing indicated a 4 minute walk to the beach. You absolutely cannot walk anywhere from the house. The hills are insane! A car is a requirement. The club pool and tennis courts are lovely and a short drive away. The town and Coco beach are all about a 10-15 minute drive from the house. In all we really enjoyed our time at Villa Dulce Vida. It was great to have space for my husband, myself, our 3 adult kids and their partners all under one roof. Thank you!

transportation is needed, make sure u plan for it

This place was epic! Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, the house was incredible and the view was amazing. This is one of those rare occasions, where pictures do not do justice to the property.
