Great stay! The room was very clean, newly remodeled, and modern. The view was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Their restaurant recommendation was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Such a great place! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean place. Close to the ferry, which made it easy to pop into San Francisco. I will be back.

Our only issue was a long wait for someone to show up to check us in. Maybe 20 minutes. Then we needed to pay for parking and the whole amount was charged even though we had paid vrbo already. But we got it all worked out. It was a comfortable place and was close to all the attractions.

The apartment is clean and has nice furniture however they do Not have an air conditioner which was a problem since our stay was in July. They also have no screens in the windows so we were all covered in bed bites. One tiny fan for the entire apartment. Management did nothing to rectify situation and I just want others to be aware and make decision in staying with the facts. There is a gross smell leading up the stairs to apartment and the management is hard to find when you arrive to check in. They were busy smoking , watched my husband go to try to check in and then came up 5 minutes later. I personally would not stay again . I would find another property. It was close to the shopping and I gave that section of the review a five star.
