The room was nice. Not exactly ski in ski out as you had to walk about 100 yards and then take 3 escalators to get to the slopes. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the most expensive with the least amenities. No vaporizer. No bottled water. No literature telling about nearby restaurants, pool, hot tub, etc. No tray for your ski boots to drain.

Clean and nice place to stay and a great location. I will stay there again.

Great location, quiet, comfortable unit. The building has nice facilities. Host was very accommodating. Very good value for Beaver Creek. I would stay there again.

We had a reasonably good trip. The main thing that detracted from the trip was poor communication with the manager. I sent him an email about three weeks before the trip asking a question. I then sent another two more emails in the days leading up to the trip because I had not heard from him. I wanted to add housekeeping services to our rental. Then on the last day of our trip I finally got an email response. Luckily we did not have any issues with the door code and nothing came up while we were staying here. However, had something come up, it would have been really troubling if we were not able to get a hold of the manager. The unit itself was as described. The main bed was comfortable, but as expected the pull out sofa bed was not great. We knew that this was likely going to be the case, so we were not that disappointed. Just something to keep in mind. Overall the stay was good. The only negative was the lack of communication with the manager.
