Everything was great.

The unit was as advertised : clean and updated. The association pool was excellent, as was the Tiki restaurant just steps away. We will be back.

It started with the front door doorknob about to fall off making it difficult to enter. The blinds in the Livingroom were damaged. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable.
Contacted property management because we knew someone had been in the unit while we were gone. PM said he would find out if it was maintenance but never got back to us. Nothing stolen fortunately.
The overall hallways and grounds were dirty and the exterior is run down.
Positive-It was very clean with plenty of towels. Nice unit to rent if they get the above items fixed.
