Amazing place, our family had a great time and this was the perfect place to stay

Loved the peaceful atmosphere yet only a tram ride across to the beach bustle Only issue was upstairs there was family with very heavy walking " running" kiddos. Cannot hear voices but the footsteps were very loud!!! Other than that the place was perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was very cute. Our host was also very responsive with our questions. The view of the water fountain the back was beautiful and the sound was soothing!

Place was beautiful, well-kept, clean, and close to the beach. The first day we arrived, the ac was not working properly in the 2nd bedroom with the 2 queen beds. The ac was great in the rest of the house. I reached out to the owner, and she stated this issue was never reported in the past and to leave the door cracked so air would circulate from the rest of the house. Considering we are on vacation and are not spending most of our time in the condo, we dealt with it. My elderly in-laws were staying in that room. They had to keep their bedroom door wide open to allow some decent flow of air from the house. We tried to switch rooms with them, and they refused as they didn't want to inconvenience us. We felt terrible and leaving the door wide open limits privacy. This was not okay. We paid good money, and this is Florida-ac must be in excellent working condition. Owner should've sent someone to check out the ac or at least reach back out to us to check if everything was fine. Neither happened. Would not consider renting this property in the future despite it's other positive, desirable aspects.
