Flat itself is great. AC was cranked up which is appreciated. The space was wonderfu.

Great location! Close to comedy club, dueling pianos and the park! Safe building.

I stayed for a month as I was transitioning to a new job. Jake was a great host, very responsive. The price was low and therefore attractive. The neighborhood however was a bit sketchy. I never felt unsafe but wouldn’t rent there again. The unit is heated by 2 space heaters, one in the main room, the other via a wall unit in the bedroom. It was effectively warm but the plug in unit in the main room was a bit loud. A large air conditioner was also available but didn’t need it in the middle of January.
