The listing was pretty accurate, about what I expected.

Building entrance is shared with additional apartments. Noisy but when you have the AC and the door shut you’re good. Cleanliness was not ideal however we didn’t lounge, watch tv or cook. All the facilities use needed worked. Kitchen not used . Doors and windows are old. Locking from the outside is concerning but being locked in at night is pretty secure. The bed very comfortable

For the money, reasonable. Nice floors, fixtures, comfortable bed, linens. Couch not a good sleep, neighbors / neighborhood noisy, faint smoke smell. Bedroom a/c always ran which made sleep easier. Rest of apt ran a little hot. Needs painting but on its way up.

Just an awful location, no parking.

"We had a very easy time getting into the building. Once we were in it was a very homey space. Everything was in working condition. Not too far of a drive from downtown. Overall a very great experience..."
