Our code never worked and everytime I tried to communicate with the rental company there was no answer. We sat in our car during a snow storm for 2 hours trying to reach the agency. Neighbors amd the gas delivery driver luckily knew how to reach the owner and she helped us get in. Very pleasant and helpful.
