Nice home. Could use a little TLC (painting, replace kitchen flooring, deep clean carpeting, etc.). Overall, very nice home for a weeks stay. Although the swimming pool is in desperate need of resurfacing, the weather was too cool to use it this time around. Plenty of places to eat and grab some good ice cream nearby. Not to mention, it’s a stone’s throw away from the beach! Would rent again, especially if these repairs are made.

Great spot right by the beach with plenty of room for everyone. Look forward to staying again.

My family and I stayed here for a week! We were very happy with the cleanliness and amenities of the house. Surfside Realty was very responsive. We highly recommend this property for a stay at Surfside!

It’s a nice property with a great location. If you plan to eat there and have a large group, bring kitchen items. They have a lot of random items. If you pay for linen service, it doesn’t include bath mats or hand towels. I also recommend renting both sides. Our neighbors were teenagers who partied late into the night.
