We enjoyed our stay at this new, clean house. The back patio and grass are perfect for our small dog. The beds are comfortable and the showers are clean and big. Location was great for access to our favorite winery in Palisade and dining in Grand Junction. We would stay here again!

The stay was great. Had an issue with the ironing board and iron while preparing for a wedding. Host was quick to respond and provided new ones within the hour.

Great house. Easy check in and check out. Excellent communication. Clean, easy for family to gather. Nice kitchen. There is more building of homes around it, so you there is no longer direct access to trail. Just have to go down a different street to catch the trail. Beautiful trail to walk.
