I could go on and on about how amazing this property is for a week on Nantucket in early July. We were 3 kids (5-7yo), parents, and grandparents. The house was immaculate and as described. Spacious, very well furnished, beautiful breeze upstairs and downstairs with the doors and windows open (we only used the A/C on our last night). The 2 main bedrooms with ensuites were spacious, the beds are very comfortable (best sleep we've had in a while), there's some lawn games, the gas grill was perfect for our needs. We didn't bring much and probably could have brought less as there was almost everything we needed there. The host is wonderful, very responsive (though we had no issues at all!) and was very helpful assisting us with our ferry reservation. As for getting around and the beach, we did bike down to Tom Nevers beach which was beautiful, but a little far for the kids and rougher so we mainly drove to Jetties. It is a bit of a bike ride to town but Milestone has a bike path the whole way. Overall an incredible trip and hope to stay here again!

A great property in a very good location that is quiet and secluded! The host was very communicative and easy to work with. We hope to come back and stay again!

Could not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in Tom Deavors. The host was incredible and always easy to communicate with when we had any questions. The location is a perfect distance to the beach and also to Sconset and town. The house was very well kept and had all of the things you would want for a Nantucket home.

Hosts were communicative and house was immaculate!
