Nestled at 7,800 feet, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

When not traveling with others, our family stays in the Cozy Loft. It’s easy to get to anywhere in town, on foot, in a matter of minutes, and is situated very close to an access point to the Parameter Trail. That’s handy! But the real reason is, despite the fact that this unit leases often, it always feels like it’s exactly how we left it, which is rare, and a testament to the management company, as well as diligence from the owner. If you’re thinking about booking this one, just do it. But leave it how you found it please. :)

The location was so wonderful—we walked to everything. The beds were comfortable and it was well equipped. The kitchen is spacious and the living space has a wonderful view of the mountain. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The Western Hotel next door is fantastic too. The food there was amazing.
