The place was outstanding to stay at. We had a group of 10 that stayed there for one night before boarding a cruise ship. There is a great place to eat just two blocks away. I have no complaints about the facility; the check-in could be slightly improved. Based on our flight arrival time, we get there roughly an hour before the check-in time of 3pm. There was no one on the property, and we just had to sit outside for an hour until we received a message with the door code to enter. It would have been nice to get the door code a little earlier since the property was vacant the night before. I had also asked before we arrived if there was anyway we could check in earlier or at least be able to drop off our luggage early, but there was no way of doing so. DO NOT take this review as negative because I would stay there EVERYTIME I visit San Juan. Your group could be from 2-16 as there are multiple securable rooms.

Great place when you have a large group or family. Walking distance to everything (beach, restaurants, night life. There was a total of 10 of us my husband and I as well as our adult children and their significant others. You need to be a bit creative to cook as there is no oven and only two small burners but we made due. Also only two towels per room so plan ahead if you need more

Very nice place to stay at. They are very responsive people and were always available for anything we needed.

No internet, poor kitchen supplies etc.no wash mechine and only 2 towel for each room.
