The homes themselves are very nice and well furnished. There were quite a few problems upon closer inspection, though. When we first arrived we were given the check-in codes almost 10 minutes late. Then we noticed that a window was broken and covered with tape instead of properly fixed. There was a broken wine glass in a bottom cabinet that one of the young children found.
To make matters worse, every child that got in the pool (and ONLY the ones that got in the pool) developed a chemical burn. To their credit, the management came to the house within an hour or two and checked the PH and chlorine levels in the pool, but upon finding nothing wrong with those two things decided that it didn't have anything to do with their pool without offering even a hollow apology.
