Amazing condo, with an incredible ocean view. Very clean and nice. Walking distance to almost everything in Playa Del Carmen. I would Highly recommend this location. Perfect for 4-6 people.

Great location and view. Property management was fantastic. Some of the inside furniture could use updating but it didn’t change our overall great experience. We enjoyed our stay and will plan on returning.

March 2023 The location of this property is perfect. So close to any restaurant you could want. There is a convenient store connected to the building which is so convenient. There is a Walmart 5 blocks away you can walk to. There are taxies waiting outside the Walmart incase you don't want to carry your groceries home. There is a taxi station that is very reasonable and friendly 200 feet up the street from the building making transportation to anywhere super easy. The property is very clean and secure. The property was very quiet at night despite being so close to all the action. A few things to know. The beach in front of El Faro is nice with soft white sand but not expansive. So if you want room to play sports and that kind of things you will have to walk down the beach quite a a bit to find a location wide enough. Also keep in mind that they do get quite a lot of seaweed in this area so depending on the time of year you may be dealing with that. I will say that they did try hard to keep the beach clean of seaweed despite the difficult conditions and we were still able to enjoy some time on the beach. We stayed in Coral 303 and the condo is quite large. The property manager is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Cleaning is every other day, which I like, and they do provide drinking water. The coaches, mattresses and pillows I'm sad to say are showing their age and are overdue for an upgrade to live up to the Five Star Property name.
