Amazing Unit in Marco Island, the location is perfect! Very walkable to shops and dining venues. The apartment is clean, the host quickly answers any concerns a guest may have. Will definetly be back. Thank you!M Pardo

This unit is just as described. The location is excellent. You can walk to shops, restaurants and the beach is right there. Will most definetly be back.

Overall, nice, clean property and unit and we were pleased with our stay. On-site amenities are fairly limited. A couple things to know that weren't obvious to me when booking: 1) Self-parking is a little confusing the first time. Once we were parked, it is not well marked where to enter the building. 2) There is no pool bar. In fact, the pool rules state no food or beverages, but that does not seem to be enforced. 3) The Beach Bar is somewhat inconveniently located at the property-end of the beach boardwalk, nowhere near the beach or pool. 4) There is no washer/dryer in the unit or on the property so if you have a somewhat longer stay and need to wash clothes (or want clean sheets), you will need to visit the laundromat. Property is located in a great location on the beach and is close to other resorts with bars, restaurants, and spa services. If you are looking for a quiet, no-frills location, this is great. If you want a livelier, more full-service experience, some of the other resorts may be a better option.
