Very Clean and Quiet and very close to the U for my son's graduation. John was also very helpful and communicative for sign in and flexible on departure. I would recommend this listing!

While the listing states th a t there is aircondition available, please be aware that you have no control over it. The temperature is regulated from the main residence (This is a basement unit).

We didn't realize this was a basement unit. We have asthma and the dampness was difficult for us.
