It is a wonderful property. The house has six bedrooms (all very nice) each with a private bathroom. Very helpful for a large group that all want nice rooms! The family room and kitchen were wonderful spaces to congregate and the game room was awesome for watching the football games. We will return! Island Time was great to work with and manages the property very well. Everything was in working order/very clean and whenever we have raised questions, Island Time was extremely responsive. Wonderful experience!

The house was wonderful for accommodating our large family and spacious which made visiting very comfortable. The elevator was a huge bonus for getting my mother and my aunt up to the living area from the garage. The game room was another huge bonus for watching football games and passing time playing games. I found the staff at Island Time very pleasant, helpful and responsive. A quality management company is important and they were excellent. Will happily rent this home again and work with Island Time again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 3 Iron Clad. We stay at Palmetto Dunes every year so we're familiar with the area. This house is located farther into the property. The home is beautiful and very spacious. The mattress in the primary bedroom downstairs needs to be replaced and a couple of skillets in the kitchen have definitely seen better days. Other than that, it's a great house and we would definitely stay there again.
