The room was as described. We were steps away from the boardwalk to the beach and 2 pools. The laundry room was close as well! We fit with our 4 kids (ages 16,13,10 and 7) but it was tight. The top bunk only comfortably fit our 7 year old. We made it work with a couple of twin air mattresses in the living space. We only used the room to eat and sleep so we didn't mind the small space! The location and ease of communication with the host made it a great trip!

We thought that this was the most relaxing vacation we have had. 2107 was very comfortable, clean and certainly what we were looking for. Even though we had high winds and heavy rain showers each day, it was a beautiful experience to see the crashing waves and the sway of palm trees. We took advantage of the occasional still and dry weather to sit on beach as much as possible. We were so close that it took us only a few minutes to walk back to our condo when skies turned threatening. The only thing I saw that needs attention is the front door is difficult to shut closed. Seems that it might be warped and adjusted. Thank you and your cleaning team for providing us with a wonderful experience!!Lee and Sandra from Southern Illinois

Great condo! Pool was a little too busy for my taste and since the balcony is right by the pool on the first floor, sitting on the balcony was a little awkward making eye contact with people. The beach was amazing! Overall great vacation.

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience! Everything was exactly as advertised. About 50 steps from the pool and the boardwalk to the Gulf simultaneously. Check in and check out were easy, host was super friendly and timely with communication. Will definitely be staying here again for future beach trips!
