Nina and Bob were outstanding hosts. I stayed in two of the triplex units that are perfectly maintained with excellent king sized beds, well outfitted kitchens, and comfortable accommodations. The location is wonderful near Main Street in New Port Richey, close to good restaurants, a convenience store, etc., all in walking distance. And, although the location is close to the heart of town, it is very quit and peaceful. I plan to retune next year!

I loved my stay at this cute little cottage. I did have a couple issues, one which was resolved but one that wasn’t able to be resolved before I left. It was cold the first night and the heat was not working but they fixed it the next day so my 2nd night was nice and warm but then there was barely any hot water so a cold shower was not great but at least I had heat! All in all the bed was comfy, the place was quiet and it was very walkable to downtown New Port Richey.

This property is awesome! Very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Walk down main street to all the shops, food, drink, and fishing if you like. New Port Richey!

The couch was extremely small. Also the bed is in need of a change. I also woke up to use the bathroom to 4 lizards in the bedroom.
