GENERAL RULES
• Smoking, pets, parties, and loud music are not permitted.

OCCUPANCY & SAFETY
• A maximum of 14 adults is permitted.
• Upper bunk beds are for children only and must not be used by adults.
• Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

OUTDOOR AREAS & FIRE PIT
• Return outdoor furniture, chairs, and games to the shed after use.
• Never leave a fire unattended.
• Fully extinguish the fire pit with water after each use and confirm that no embers remain.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused by improper use.

INDOOR FIREPLACE & WOOD STOVE
• The indoor fireplace and wood stove must not be used.

CARE OF THE HOME
• Keep food and drinks away from carpets, rugs, and furniture.
• Remove shoes in the front hallway. No footwear is permitted beyond this area.
• Report spills, damage, and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs may be requested for stains or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Outdoor gatherings are not permitted during quiet hours.
• Keep noise low indoors and outdoors, and respect our neighbors throughout your stay.

MAINTENANCE, INTERNET & POWER
• Please notify us promptly of any maintenance issue or service interruption.
• Contractor availability and the home’s White Mountains location may affect repair response times.
• Internet and electricity may be interrupted, particularly during storms or severe weather.
• We will contact the appropriate provider, but restoration times are outside our control.
• We cannot guarantee alternative accommodation. Any refund or relocation request will be handled under the applicable booking-platform policies and reservation terms.

COMPLIANCE WITH HOUSE RULES
• Serious or repeated violations may result in the stay being ended, subject to applicable booking-platform policies.
• Documented damage or additional cleaning costs may be submitted through the platform’s resolution process.
