The view was amazing. Well furnished with everything you needed to have fun on the lake. Great host

If you have a large family like we do and they all insist on having a great time, this is the place for you! Let's start with Jim, the host. Fantastic communication across the board and so easy to deal with. Any time that I texted him a question, I received an answer within minutes. As far as the lake house, it absolutely has every amenity that you could want! The kitchen was loaded and will accommodate any size meal prep. The GE convection oven even has an Air Fryer mode which came in handy. There are two coffee makers, drip and Keurig which had our gang excited. There's even a counter-top ice maker. The wine fridge came in handy as well. The house just feels homey and there is a massive screened in porch that is fully furnished, we spent all of our mornings out there enjoying the peace of Lake Martin. The property has a pass-through garage / boat ramp which was a big plus for us since we brought the boat and a jet ski. The Carriage house over the garage is amazing and came in very handy for our oldest son and his big gang. The covered dock was super nice if you wanted a cool shady spot to enjoy the lake and the girls loved the sunbathing area and the lounge chairs. It was a fabulous week and we wouldn't hesitate to rent here again. Thanks Jim!

Three yrs in a row and my daughters and grandchildren love the house, amenities, the dock. There is kayaks for kids and adults, fishing poles. The outdoor back screened in porch is large and so nice .

Jim is a great host and you can tell he takes pride in sharing his perfect home with all the extras and the best screened in porch. Our families absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed for fun and relaxation. It was unanimously voted our “favorite,” and that included the votes from three teenagers! The bunk room had everything covered for them! Great kitchen and grill. It’s so close to the Landing by boat and made it easy to grab ice and gas up. Wonderful home on the lake
