Host was very responsive and great to work with. Smooth and pleasant time for our vacation. Loved that the studio is only minutes to Manasota beach!

Nothing really wrong. The apartment, though, suits a younger person much better. The access stairs are steep and a bit narrow, with difficult top and bottom landings. I could only use one appliance at a time so as not to trip breakers. Water was well and septic; shower water had strong sulfur smell as a result. Would had been nice to have that info before renting. Host responded to questions within minutes, though: big plus. Very quiet.
