Andrew’s property was in excellent location for exploring Wilmington and the surrounding area. I personally enjoyed rocking on the front porch during down time!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and spacious. Great location, we could walk downtown with no issue.

We had a great stay for a long weekend in Wilmington. The property was clean, check in and out were easy, and the location was great. The house wasn’t pristine which I actually prefer, as you don’t feel like you’re walking on eggshells all the time. It felt like a family vacation house, which is exactly what we wanted! A neighbor helped us out with garbage rules (there’s a small typo in the binder that confused us). Only downside was that the host didn’t respond to some messages on the app.
