Right when we got there, there was hair in the pool and I told them this in a message and they response to me was that someone came the day before to clean the pool? No their response should be. Let me get someone out there to clean the pool correctly because it was dirty and had hair in it and Leaves. Then I told him that the smaller Poole that’s supposed to be like a waterfall into the bigger pool was so low on water. You could cannot turn the jets on and there was no waterfall like all the other pools at the other houses that are right next to you and their response was for me to get a hose and fill it up myself. When I went to go turn the hose on it didn’t work in all the water came out of the hose bib that was attached to the house and no water would come out the end of the hose. There was also long black hairs on the towels and on the floor in the bathroom. They were sand on the piece of furniture to the left of the front door right when you walk in on the entryway and I told them about this and they just said they were sorry. I also told them the twin back upstairs were not made, and they put the sheets on top of the bed expecting us to make it. I guess they did not care about that. I also told them the drain in the master bathroom did not work so we couldn’t use one of the sinks. They didn’t do anything about that. When you go in the backyard, the neighbors are literally 3 feet from you and all directions. I would never rent this place again

Love the size of the place and having the pool was great. The water was a little too warm but still enjoyed it. And great location to the beach. Please note that the fan outside from the kitchen door when it is on it looked like it was going to fall off the ceiling. Very scary

House is excellent. Place is ran like a corporation that counts each garbage bag and soap bars used.

The house was great, but the 140 we paid was a waste of money as it NEVER was warm!

Beautiful home and location. One of the beds was missing a sheet and when I asked about it, Marriott Vacations asked for a picture… but the online form doesn’t allow attachments. Then they sent a link for the picture that didn’t work. In addition, one of the steps leading to the 2nd floor was loose and nearly caused a serious injury to an elderly guest. Amazing upscale rental with sub par maintenance.
