My best friend and I rented this house for our families joint beach vacation. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was a perfect set up for us! There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor, so we could have our families separated when needed. The kitchen and living room were big enough to house all of us. There were gates on each deck, so if you have small kids they will be contained. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies.

The negatives:1) took 2 1/2 weeks to get internet working2) water was cutoff due to non-payment from owner during the stay3) showerhead bracket loose making it impossible for shower had to stay uprightThe positives:1) Beautiful, roomy, well decorated interior2) More cabinets in a kitchen than I've ever seen.3) Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, blenders, coffee pots, toaster, every kind of glass you could imagine.I was here 5 weeks. If I had only been here one or two weeks this place would have gotten a one or two rating due to the negatives, however those items were finally addressed and the rest of the stay was enjoyable.
