Our group of 10 really enjoyed the Sandy Pelican. Everyone agreed the beds were comfortable. And we had no issues with having hot water for everyone’s showers, laundry, and dishwasher. It was very clean, and the cul-de-sac location was private yet close to the action. The decor was very beachy and cute!Communication with the host was excellent. There were a few minor issues (bedding missing for sofa bed, needed more forks, toilet not flushing), but all were resolved very quickly!Our kids enjoyed having a large room to themselves. And the arcade games were a hit! They also enjoyed the pool and balconies. The dock is very nice too.The stocked beach equipment was helpful. There were wagons, a few life jackets, umbrellas, and some toys.All but one of the bedrooms are upstairs (so two flights of stairs). If your group had mobility issues, that’s something to consider. Our group would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

The property was perfect for our group. Close to the beach and lagoon. Communication was excellent!The house has everything you need to cook and grill.

I want to gate-keep this perfect house for me and my family but unfortunately must share its cozy beachy perfection with others. You’ll be in heaven in this house as the location truly is marvelous. I already miss it and want to go back!

The inside of the home was very well maintained anc clean. The outside was very unkept. The storage area outside where beach equipment was very nasty and the beach equipment needed to be thrown away and start over.
