The only upside to this stay was being 7 mins from convention center. Arrival: check in is listed for 4:00pm received call after 4 to inform me that the home has not been cleaned. 15 minutes later his house cleaner called me and said she did not have his property on her schedule today and that she was 1.5 hrs away, however she would send someone to start the laundry and that she would be there to clean as soon as possible. . When we arrived at the property it was discovered by the cleaner that they could no access the home because the key was broken off into the lock. Aftee waiting hrs ended up in hotel for day 1 . Got into tbe property the next morning Home had 2 pots. water and ice DON’T work on fridge. No wash clothes, no kitchen utensiles and home is stocked with dollar tree supplies. Steps are steep and crooked walk slowly . Room with bunkbed is a closer no fan or window or vent. My sister found bedbugs in front room. I’m sure all furniture cane from good will. Nothing matches just annoying . Would not recommend.

No complaints here we was gone from there mostly doing stuff

All bedrooms are on 2nd floor along with the 1 full bath. Main bedrooms were fine. This is not 2 bathrooms. It's 1.5 baths. The bunk bed room is very small and getting into the top bunk is very difficult unless you're a small child. The bottom bunk is a fold out futon with a very thin mattress that is uncomfortable. So for the price, it's fine but there is no way 8 people can stay in this place with only 1 full bathroom on the 2nd floor. There was no extra toilet paper available which should be standard. Ice and water dispenser in fridge does not work. Ceiling fan in main bedroom does not work but a box fan is provided. Coffee maker is a standard coffee maker not K-cup.
