Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s second time staying here. We use to stay at Southbay years ago but started staying somewhere different. Last year we decided to come try it again and were not disappointed. We have kids now and this condo was perfect for everyone! Jodi is always so nice and helpful and if we need anything, they are always a phone call away. The top floor air was not blowing cold and they worked fast to get someone to come out and look at it. It’s in the perfect location for either going down to the harbor or closer to Miramar beach. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This was the PERFECT spot to celebrate our birthdays with girlfriends. Cozy, incredible location, comfy beds, and incredible coffee spot on the balcony. They were gracious hosts and surprised us with a beautiful flower bouquet and balloons to boot. We had to buy fun, cheap beach towels and some more dishwasher tabs, so be sure you pack the basics with you, but we couldn’t have asked for a better spot on the beach.

Wonderfull family vacation. Property well taken care of..lots of offerings from beach, to pool, tennis and pickle ball courts!

Nice place
